Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Offsite Creator and its related public and authenticated services.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting authentication credentials, and using the service only through authorized access.

Supported seller integrations require authorization through the applicable third-party provider. Users must have authority to grant the permissions used by their organization.

Users are responsible for campaign terms, creator relationships, required disclosures, product claims, and other obligations arising from their commercial arrangements unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Tracking and attribution depend on third-party availability, authorization, reporting windows, lifecycle information, and technical conditions.

The service does not represent that every visit, order, conversion, or other outcome can be attributed completely or without error.

Commerce information is available only to the extent provided through authorized and supported integrations. Third-party systems may delay, modify, restrict, or discontinue data availability.

Commission calculations are based on configured rules and the eligible information available to the service. Users remain responsible for reviewing commercial obligations and resolving disputes with their creators or counterparties.

Offsite Creator depends on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting, authentication, commerce, and other service providers. Their availability and terms are outside Offsite Creator's direct control.

References to Amazon describe supported integration workflows and do not imply endorsement by Amazon.

Users may not misuse the service, bypass authorization controls, interfere with security, access data without authority, violate applicable law, or use the service to facilitate deceptive or abusive conduct.

The service, software, designs, and related materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. User and third-party content remains subject to the rights of its respective owners.

Service functions may change, be interrupted, or depend on third-party systems. Maintenance, security requirements, provider changes, and technical conditions may affect availability.

Access may be suspended or terminated when required for security, misuse prevention, legal compliance, nonpayment under an applicable commercial agreement, or other material violations.

The service provides operational software and measurement workflows. Business results depend on factors outside the service's control, including creator performance, customer behavior, marketplace conditions, third-party data, and user decisions.

Any applicable limitations of liability are subject to the governing commercial agreement and mandatory law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Pricing, service scope, support commitments, and other commercial terms may be documented in a separate written quote, order form, or agreement.

These Terms may be updated as the service or applicable requirements change. The current effective date is shown above.
